vinpearl offers a huge property with a very nice pool and a clean beach. our deluxe garden view king bed room was new and a good size, though we added an extra bed and it felt a bit tight. breakfast was diverse, with many options especially liked by guests. we really enjoyed the pampering massage at the spa during our stay.

The receptionist at check-in was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I was charged twice and forced to deal with the frustration of unblocking funds on my credit card. This terrible experience at the beginning ruined my entire stay, and I can't believe they would treat guests so poorly.

The Vinpearl's beautiful Indochine-style architecture made me feel incredibly welcomed, with its charming red tiles and spacious areas that were easy to navigate, perfect for a leisurely stroll with my family.

More shaded areas to sit and relax.

The lagoon-sized pool offers a spacious area for relaxation, surrounded by lush greenery. Clean accommodations provide ample space for lounging, although they might lack some up-to-date touches.

The villa condition was a letdown—the floorboards lifted, and there were persistent sewerage smells in the vicinity. Kitchen amenities were almost nonexistent. no cutlery, plates, or microwave made self-catering impossible. The carpet and furnishings felt outdated and poorly maintained, giving an overall sense of neglect.

The Vinpearl offered a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning lagoon-sized pool, spacious and clean accommodations, and excellent facilities for business needs, including a well-equipped business center. The complimentary breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options, and the staff were eager to assist whenever needed.

The Beach Bistro charged for water during meals.

The breakfast was a true delight with freshly baked croissants and a fantastic variety of organic juices! The only downside was the crowded shuttle buses to the parks. Overall, a wonderful family getaway! 🌊

Had an amazing time with friends! We felt refreshed as we stepped onto the green premises and loved relaxing on the lazy chairs while watching movies at the beach cinema. The food at the beach bar was top-notch, and there's a great shuttle service to explore the area. Definitely recommend checking out the Safari and VinWonders while you're here!

Unfortunately, our room's telephone was broken when we arrived. However, it was fixed immediately, so it didn’t ruin our stay too much.
